Kit Dimke and Jerod Shelby, both of West Richland, were married Sept. 1 at the home of the bride's mother in Clarkston. Ron L. Shelby officiated.

Her parents are Janice Dimke of Clarkston and the late John Dimke. His parents are Lorraine and Ronald Shelby of Richland.

Honor attendants were Monica DeWitt and Aaron DeWitt. Other attendants were Molly Dimke, Courtney Frisbee, Alex Dimke, Rylee DeWitt, Sydney DeWitt, Charlie Dimke, Steve McNutt, Colton Shelby and Cooper Shelby.

Flower girl was Elie Frisbee. Ring bearer was Carter Frisbee.

The bride is a 1996 graduate of Clarkston High School, 1999 graduate of Pepperdine University with a bachelor's degree in political science and 2002 graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Law. She is an assistant U.S. attorney in Yakima.

The groom is a 1986 graduate of Richland High School and a 1992 graduate of the University of Washington with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. He is the CEO for SSC North America.

They live in West Richland.
