Frank Fairley, 64, of Pasco, died Nov. 6 at Avalon Health and Rehabilitation Center in Pasco.

He was born in Columbia, Miss., and lived in the Tri-Cities for six years.

He was a retired deckhand at a Mississippi shipyard.

Hillcrest/Bruce Lee Memorial Center, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
