William "Bill" Webster Porter III, 64, of Richland, died Nov. 8 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

He was born in Richland, and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.

He was a retired building foreman for the Richland School District and a gunsmith for Wheeler's Gun Shop.

Einan's Funeral Home, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
