I am absolutely appalled by the choices our nation and our state is making. We live in one nation under God, but we can gratify abortions, destroy the sanctity of marriage and subject ourselves to legalizing an addiction that many Americans will abuse. The United States of America was founded and built on the belief in God. Men who believed in a creator and who believed in morality. As said by George Washington, in regards to the Thanksgiving Proclamation: "It is the duty of all nations to acknowledge the providence of almighty God, to obey His will."

Eisenhower signed the bill adding "under God" to the Pledge of Allegiance. It is there for a reason. If Obama cracked open a Bible for once, he would realize how hypocritical he is making this nation. Whether or not you believe, God exists, this nation is built of the belief of God. "Under God" and "In God we trust" are present every day. What bothers me the most is that Christians are allowing our president to legalize morally wrong issues. How can you glorify God's name when you are busy praising a man who is digging a hole of immortality for this nation?
