Pasco officials on Friday had a ribbon-cutting to dedicate the new roundabout on Fourth Avenue near Volunteer Park.
The roundabout was built with the goal of improving the flow of traffic on Fourth Avenue between Marie and Sylvester streets, officials said.
The $1.2 million project also is designed to improve pedestrian safety.
