Richland residents interested in sitting on the city's Housing and Community Development Advisory Committee or Personnel Committee have until Nov. 21 to apply.

Both groups have vacancies. The housing committee meets at 4 p.m. the second Tuesday of the month, and the personnel committee meets 4:30 p.m. the second Thursday of every other month.
