Frank A. Fairley, 64, of Pasco, died Nov. 6 at Avalon Health and Rehabilitation Center in Pasco.

He was born in Columbia, Miss., and lived in Pasco for six years.

He was a retired deck hand for Gulf State Fishing in Pascagoula, Miss.

Columbia Memorial Funeral Chapel, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
