I extend heartfelt thanks to the Tri-City Herald, Richland City Council, new Richland Community Center director Joe Schiessl, and especially to all of you who encouraged the center to rethink, review and revise its policies.
Joe Schiessl has done a great job of being realistic and enthusiastic in solving the center's problems in a short time and negotiating with the citizens of Richland.
