James Edwin Stevens, 90, of Richland, died Nov. 4 at Guardian Angel Adult Family Home in Richland.

He was born in Alturas, Calif., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 12 years. He was a retired quality assurance inspector for the Department of the Army.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
