The Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce will hold a Network Tri-Cities luncheon from noon to 1:30 p.m., Nov. 28 at the Red Lion Hotel, 802 George Washington Way, Richland.

The speaker will be Stephen J. Wright, administrator with the Bonneville Power Administration. The program will feature the Bonneville Power Administration's 75 Years of Service to the Northwest and the nation.
