Beth Greene's buzz cut

Tammy Hutchison, assistant principal at Horse Heaven Hills Middle School in Kennewick, gives Beth Greene, seventh-grade science teacher, a buzz cut on Monday during the seventh-graders' lunch. Greene challenged the seventh-grade class to raise $500 more than the other classes for the schools annual walk-a-thon offering the haircut as a reward. The students raised $5,703 compared to the sixth-graders' $4,536 and the eighth-graders' $3,697.

Beth Greene, a seventh-grade science teacher at Horse Heaven Hills Middle School in Kennewick, challenged the seventh-grade class to raise $500 more than the other classes for the schools annual walk-a-thon. The students raised $5,703 compared to the sixth-graders' $4,536 and the eighth-graders' $3,697, so Greene had to get a buzz cut from Vice Principal Tammy Hutchison as the seventh-graders had their lunch.
