KENNEWICK, Wash. -- All Kennewick School District schools and offices will be closed the afternoon of Nov. 9
The closure is part of the district's response to teacher and other school staff salary reductions approved by the Legislature in 2010 but continue to affect the district, a release stated.
There will be no work and no pay for staff on those afternoons.
