2000: Columbia Basin College goalkeeper Kristen Parnell recorded her 10th shutout of the season, and Sherry Albano, Jamie Hudson and Sherrie Soumaphomhphakdy all scored for the defending NWAACC champion Hawks in a 3-0 win at Community College of Spokane to cap the regular season at 15-2-2.

1980: Larry Sherman scored on a 2-yard run on Kamiakin's first drive in overtime, giving the Braves a 20-19 road win and handing first-place Wenatchee (7-1) its first loss of the year. Wenatchee kicker Evan Vourvahis hit a 39-yard field goal with four seconds remaining in regulation to tie the score at 12 and send it into overtime. But Vourvahis missed a 27-yarder on the Panthers' first drive in OT, which paved the way for Kamiakin's winning drive.
