It should come as no surprise that I will happily vote for Mitt Romney for president.

This for several reasons.

I am a strong believer in strict construction of the Constitution. President Obama has stated he has concerns with the Constitution because it limits the powers of the federal government. Romney has shown he believes, as I do, in the balance of powers in the branches of government and the relationships to state governments.

I also have deep concerns with the filthy campaign his party is waging against Romney. I think it is obvious Romney is a good and decent man and is being demonized by Chicago-style politics.

In my opinion, if the president is given a second term, we will surely lose our freedoms.

It is also vital that the GOP retain control of the House and win control of the Senate.
