Diane Newton finished first in the womenÕs division of the Tri-Cities Marathon with a time of 3:20:40. The overall winner was Ian Sharman of Bend, Ore. with a time of 2:35:17. This was the 4th marathon for Newton and the 87th marathon for Sharman. Sharman was the winner of the 2009 Tri-Cities Marathon. RICHARD DICKIN
