Tri-City drivers were swearing at that bridge again. The Pasco-Kennewick (green) bridge was closed at 11 a.m. while workmen oiled the south approach. The tie-up lasted an hour and cars were backed up at Avenue C onto Columbia Avenue in Kennewick and up to Lewis Street in Pasco.
