Learn how to make a gingerbread house at a Kennewick Community Education cooking class on Oct. 30.

Students will take home the recipe for the dough, and learn how to create stained glass windows, pretzel fences, and more. The recipe can be adapted to be gluten-free or egg-free.

Students should bring a rolling pin, pastry cloth and camera. Cake decorating supplies are a plus but not required.

The class is limited to eight people and advance registration is required. It will be from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Kamiakin High School and costs $21.
