Traffic on the blue bridge will be congested today through Thursday and close completely Friday through the weekend while road crews make joint repairs.

Northbound traffic on Highway 395 crossing the blue bridge will be reduced to one lane from 8 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Monday-Thursday.

Traffic will be one lane from 8 to 10 p.m. Thursday and will be closed from 10 p.m. until Oct. 29. The bridge will reopen at 5:30 a.m. Oct. 30.

Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane from 8 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Thursday.

Northbound bridge traffic will be detoured to Columbia Drive and the cable bridge once the blue bridge closes.

Southbound blue bridge traffic can detour to the Interstate 182 bridge or the cable bridge.
