The Snack Bar opened in North Richland today. Located in a Quonset hut 120 feet by 40 feet. It has two kitchens, a bakery, a candy counter and a delicatessen where North Richlanders can buy a complete meal "to take out." Located beside the North Star Theater on the corner of 5th and W., the lunch counter will seat about 90 customers.
