Kristin Fowler of Richland and Scot Thomson of Soldotna, Alaska, are planning a Nov. 23 wedding at Anthony's Event Center in Richland.
She is the daughter of Tammy and Skip Fowler of Richland. He is the son of Ilona and Richard Thomson of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
