Local police and sheriff's deputies will participate in Red Robin's Tip-A-Cop for Special Olympics Washington today. The officers will wait tables at the restaurant at 1021 N. Columbia Center Blvd. from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and ask for donations for Special Olympics.
