Joanne E. Johnson, 70, of West Richland, died Oct. 11 at Life Care Center of Richland.

She was born in Klamath Falls, Ore., and lived in West Richland since 1994.

She was a retired guardian ad litem for the Tri-City area.

Columbia Memorial Funeral Chapel, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
