Marc Spinner of LPL Financial is conducting two 401K rollover seminars.

The seminars will begin at 6 p.m. Oct. 25 and Nov. 1 at Waypoint Wealth Management, 1920 N. Pittsburgh, Suite D2, Kennewick.

Participants will learn how to avoid taxation and penalties when rolling over 401Ks to IRAs.

The seminars are free but participants are asked to bring a nonperishable food item to be donated to the food bank.
