Business Expo will have 'magical' seminar Oct. 24

Business Expo 2012 will feature a seminar on "Creating a MAGICAL Customer Experience" from John Formica, who worked for Walt Disney World Resort.

The expo runs from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Oct. 24 at the TRAC center in Pasco. Formica's talk is at 8:30 a.m.

Cost to attend is $60. There is a $15 discount for exhibitors and sponsors.

The Network Tri-Cities Lunch will be from noon to 1:15 p.m. with a presentation on increasing productivity, improving morale and building stronger teams.

Cost is $20 for Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce members and $30 for others.

Breakout sessions are scheduled from 2 to 5 p.m. The trade show floor will be open from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m.

The final event is the Schmooza Palooza networking party from 4 to 5:30 p.m.
