Would you believe, an hour at the Department of Motor Vehicles would be entertaining and even educational?

I sat in awe of Deanna at the front desk, who had me transfixed by her upbeat greeting, extensive knowledge and speedy delivery. She knew the answer to every query, made everyone feel at ease, whatever their problem, and her lighthearted quips sent more than one grouchy person back to wait for service with a smile.

She is a treasure and should be acknowledged as such. The line would stretch for days without her. Wish she could be cloned.
