Paying for the wealthy

ARCHIE JUDKINS, Pasco

I wonder if E.M. Brault (Letters, Sept. 26) is also disgusted with the billions in tax cuts for the wealthy? (They really need them.) Our grandchildren will be paying a lot more for the wealthy than the $200 rebate for the people who really need it.

Also, being in the majority does not always mean being able to get what you want. When one party votes 100 percent against you all the time, it only takes a few of your own party voting against you to defeat something. Then things don't get done. Would this country be better off with term limits?
