A free public exhibit showcasing how the ubiquitous poster is art as well as a communication medium opens Oct. 11 with a 6 p.m. reception at Washington State University Tri-Cities' Art Center in the Consolidated Information Center, 2770 Crimson Way, Richland.
Poster Power features local artists and graphic designers -- including Sara Nelson and Laura Gable -- plus graduates of the Digital Technology and Culture program at WSU Tri-Cities.
The art will be on display from noon to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday through Nov. 8.
