Shorty Hewitt, cab driver for Katie's Taxi, reported that he confiscated a 22-calibre rifle when a customer didn't have enough money for fare.

Hewitt said he transported his customer all over the lower basin, including Connell and Eltopia, before he realized the customer had little money.
