The U.S. Postal Service is hiring temporary employees to work during the upcoming holiday season.

Mail handler positions are available at processing and distribution facilities in Yakima and Pasco.

The noncareer positions pay $11 an hour and there are no benefits. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or resident aliens.

All applicants must be at least age 18 or age 16 with a high school diploma.
