A candlelight vigil was held Saturday at the Regional Veterans Memorial at the east end of Columbia Park in Kennewick. The Time of Remembrance ceremony honored service men and women who have died fighting the war on terrorism in Iraq and Afghanistan. Sunday at 11 a.m. is the official State Recognition Ceremony at Flat Top Park off Bombing Range Road in West Richland. Keynote speaker Sunday is Richland High School graduate, Gen. James N.
