The Columbia Basin Badger Club will conduct a forum Friday on legalizing marijuana.

The forum is from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Red Lion, 1101 N. Columbia Center Blvd., Kennewick. Cost is $20 for members and $22 for others.
