A Kennewick dentist was freed on $200 bail after his arrest late last night on an allegation he fired a .270 caliber rifle at a neighbor's car.
Police Chief O.C. (Dutch) Lincoln said four shots were apparently fired through an open window at his home and the dentist could give no reasonable explanation for his actions. The rifle was confiscated.
