2004 -- The Ostler Orthodontic Tri-City Spirit 18A completed the Pride of the Northwest tournament with a 6-4 victory over the Northwest Lady Hawks Gold at Fort Dent in Tukwila. Stacey Ellingsworth and Christa Fouts combined for four strikeouts and no walks in the win for the Spirit who finished 4-1-1 at the 28-team event.

1996 — Sophomore forward Hope Solo scored both goals in Richland's 2-0 victory over Hanford as the Bombers won both of their games in the Tri-City girls soccer jamboree at Hanford High. Richland opened with a 1-0 victory over Pasco.

1975 — Eastmont used a clock-consuming ground game to perfection to defeat Hanford 19-0 in a nonleague football game.
