KEIZER, Ore. -- Tom Murphy had the biggest game of his professional career, going 4-for-6 with three RBIs and four runs scored to lift the Tri-City Dust Devils to a 16-10 Northwest League road victory over the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes.
Murphy doubled twice during the Dust Devils' eight-run fifth-inning rally, as Tri-City sent 11 batters to the plate to erase a 7-5 deficit.
Francisco Sosa and Richard Pirkle each went 3-for-5 and combined for three RBIs and three runs.
Dust Devils starter Shane Broyles (5-3) picked up his team-leading fifth victory despite allowing seven runs -- six earned -- on seven hits in 5 1/3 innings.
