— The Tri-City Dust Devils lost their fourth consecutive Northwest League game Wednesday after host Salem-Keizer scored six runs off starting pitcher Peter Tago (2-7) in the first two innings. The Volcanoes won the game 7-2.

Mitchell Delfino drove in the Volcanoes’ first three runs with an RBI groundout in the first and a two-run, bases-loaded single in the second to give S-K a 3-0 lead.

Dillon Thomas and Rosell Herrera drove in the only two runs for Tri-City (30-43 overall, 12-23 second half) with RBI groundouts in the top of the third.
