Contestants stepped up to have their body art judged at the first Branded & Ink'd competition at the Benton Franklin Fair & Rodeo in Kennewick. The event organized by The Modified Dolls, a non profit organization that supports a different charity each month, awarded prizes for tattoo categories of best black and gray, best color, best sleeve, best portrait, best full back piece and best oriental.
