Benton Franklin Fair skydiver

Justin Hilker, a Pasco native who now lives in Hawaii, will skydive into the Benton County Fairgrounds rodeo arena Saturday before the Horse Heaven Round-Up. This video shows Hilker parachuting with a video camera attached to him.
