Jimmy Shane in the U-5 Graham Trucking unlimited hydropane zips past Brian Perkins in the U-21 Miss HAPO on his way to victory in Heat 2A of the Columbia Cup. Perkins was making his way back onto the course after spinning out during the three lap race.
