Jaymie Brackney and Andrew Holdren, both of Kennewick, are planning a Sept. 14 wedding on Lani- kai Beach in Honolulu, Hawaii.
She is the daughter of Janet Nickolds and Joe Brackney, both of Kennewick. He is the son of Krystal Andrews of Kennewick and Richard Holdren of Richland.
