Jo Beth Rosser of Kennewick and Spencer Sandquist of Pasco exchanged wedding vows Dec. 17 at Kennewick Baptist Church in Kennewick. Pastor Dustin Hall officiated.

She is the daughter of Ellen and Rick Rosser of Kennewick. He is the son of Sandy and Joe Shilts of Sumner and Dale Sandquist of Pasco.

Honor attendants were Storm Hughes, K.C. Pettijohn and Jevin Cunningham. Other attendants were Amanda Mundy, Bryan Rogers, Kyle Welch and Seth Rosser.

Flower girl was Ellie Hughes. Ring bearer was Bryant Pettijohn.

The bride is a graduate of Washington State University Tri-Cities. She is a registered nurse at Kennewick General Hospital.

The groom is a student at Washington State University Tri-Cities completing a degree in environmental science. He served as a medic in the Army National Guard and works as a phlebotomist at Kennewick General Hospital.

They live in Pasco.
