Great Gear: S'mores maker keeps things nice, clean

By McClatchy News May 3, 2012

Making S'mores is always the hit of a camping trip or picnic with the kids or grandkids but it can be a sloppy mess. Melted marshmallows on your favorite soft shell, or even in your hair, can be a mini disaster.

Coghlan's Camper's S'mores Maker looks like an easy way to toast the treat.

It's kind of a mini grill. Put the S'mores into one of the three cooking spots and hold above the flames until the graham cracker is lightly toasted. It features a sliding lock ring to keep the grill closed while cooking.
