CBBN 3A baseball moved to Roy Johnson

May 3, 2012

Kamiakin baseball self-reported an infraction Wednesday and will forfeit three wins — one to top-seeded Hanford, two to previously winless Sunnyside.

The Braves drop from second place and second seed in the CBBN 3A district to fourth place, losing their bye into the sub-regional in the process.

Southridge moves up to second and earns a pass through Saturday’s district games, which now move to Roy Johnson Field as third-place Kennewick becomes the host.

The Lions will play West Valley at 10 a.m., followed by Eastmont and Kamiakin in the fourth-fifth game. The losers are out, the winners play at 4 p.m. for seeding into the sub-regional.
