Rochelle Penney and William Dolan, both of Las Vegas, were married Jan. 12 on Waialee Beach in Honolulu, Hawaii. Mike Nelson officiated.

She is the daughter of Margo and Mark Souhrada of Kennewick. He is the son of Michi Dolan of Las Vegas and the late Russel Dolan.

Honor attendants were Erika Penney and Jeremy Jamison. Other attendants were Jessica Hendrickson, Addison Dolan and Mark Souhrada.

Flower girls were Hannah Jamison, Kambrea Clifford and Silvia Dolan.

Ring bearer was Jesse Dolan.

The bride is a graduate of River View High School in Finley and attends College of Southern Nevada in Las Vegas, pursuing a nursing degree.

He is a police officer with North Las Vegas Police Department.

They will live in Las Vegas.
