Miller's 5 treys sparks U-Hi past West Valley

SPOKANE -- University's Jared Miller drained five 3-pointers and scored a game-high of 25 points in a Class 3A state play-in victory 66-47 against West Valley in Spokane.

Austin Strock scored 17 points in the loss, which ended the Rams' season.

University will face Kennewick at 6 p.m. Friday at Richland High in the Eastern Washington Regional tournament.
