Kiona-Benton City High School will present the musical Seven Brides for Seven Brothers at 7 p.m. Feb. 24-25 and March 2-3 at the high school.

The musical is the story of a backwoodsman, Adam Pontipee, who marries a woman he hardly knows, then brings her home to his cabin in the mountains. The new wife tries to teach his ill-behaved brothers manners and social graces.

What follows is a kidnapping, an avalanche, an angry bunch of women and a winter of loneliness for the brothers.

Admission to the show is $7.50 for general admission and $5 for kids ages 12 and younger.
