April Heitzman and Kevin Kramer, both of Pasco, are planning an April 28 wedding at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Kennewick.
She is the daughter of Catherine Beaver and Jerry Heitzman, both of Pasco.
He is the son of Sheila and Mathew Kramer of Kennewick.
