BILLINGS, Mont. -- Judith Ann Cortez, 72, of Billings, Mont., died Feb. 1 in Billings.
She was born in Chicago and lived in Kennewick for 30 years before moving to Billings five years ago.
She was a retired special-education teacher's aide for the Kennewick School District.
Cremation and Funeral Gallery, Billings, Mont., is in charge of arrangements.
