More than 40 Yakima Valley wineries will celebrate their annual Red Wine and Chocolate weekend Feb. 18-19 by sampling some of their premier vintages and offering special chocolate treats to pair with them.

Tickets are not required, but VIP pass holders will be invited to share in wine and chocolate pairings, guided cellar tours, library tastings, discounted events and other activities not available to the general public during the event.

A two-day VIP pass costs $30 if purchased by Feb. 11. Cost is $35 at the event. Tickets are available at most participating wineries.
