Shirley L. Winer, 66, of Richland, died Feb. 4 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.
She was born in Salem, and lived in the Tri-City area for 33 years.
She was a retired licensed practical nurse.
Hillcrest/Bruce Lee Memorial Center, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
