McKayla Bickelhaupt scored 14 points and hauled in 10 rebounds to lead Dayton to a 47-37 Southeast 2B home win Tuesday over Tri-Cities Prep.
The Bulldogs trailed 17-11 after the first quarter but outscored the Jaguars 18-10 in the second to take a 29-27 halftime lead.
"We picked up our intensity and held them to 2 points in the fourth quarter," Dayton coach Clayton Strong said.
Maddie LeBrun led Prep with 18 points.
If the Bulldogs beat DeSales and the Jags lose to Waitsburg-Prescott on Friday, the two teams would likely meet again in the first round of the district playoffs next Tuesday.
